For this reason, SkinKure offers a 100% money back guarantee for most* of our products, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We are grateful for the opportunity to guide you through your skincare journey. We will accept the return of any opened products, however, more than 50% of the product must be remaining. In addition, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for any opened product, all we ask is to send the product back to us for a refund. Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may request a return by emailing us. You will need to provide the order number and email address affiliated with your purchase to initiate your return.

Once your return and/or exchange is approved, a pre-paid label will be provided (for orders over $50) to send the product back to us.
