Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may request a return by emailing us. You will need to provide the order number and email address affiliated with your purchase to initiate your return.

If you do not have your order number handy, no worries. You can email us at hello@skinkure.com or text us at (703) 215-3087 with your request. We will gladly assist you with your return. Once your return and/or exchange is approved, a pre-paid label will be provided (on orders over $50) to send the product back to us.  

It depends on where you are. We use UPS Standard shipping on orders $50 or more. On orders under $50, the cost for standard shipping is calculated by weight. Depending on shipping location, it may take up to 5 business days to receive shipments. Please allow and additional 24 hours to process your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
